How the conference works

Hate being stuck in a room? Our contributors will be giving keynote speeches, hosting panels and running campfire sessions across our amazing venue all day

Talks, panels and campfires

Get your brain whirring with a day of learning and discussion with fellow agency leaders

Inspiring agency speakers

You’ll hear from agency leaders who’ve been there, done that – and lived to tell the story.

They stand up and share their journey and what they’ve learned, and stick around to answer your questions. Everybody takes away something slightly different, depending on their agency.

I don’t think it’s hyperbole to say that one lightbulb moment could pay for your ticket a hundred times over.

You don’t leave the conference frustrated and overwhelmed with a brand new to-do list.

Instead, you return to work inspired and energised to do whatever it is you need to do to get your business where it should be.

Agency leader panels

Get involved and hear what’s working (and what isn’t) on various topics – from new business to talent and everything in between.

Intimate campfires

We split out across The Ned’s historic nooks and crannies to run interactive breakout sessions. We’ll be holding campfire sessions in the halls, rooms and roof terraces of this storied venue. These ‘drop in’ sessions happen around the venue throughout the afternoon, and they’re hosted by agency experts on different topics. Go deep into some fascinating subjects.

Variety and serendipity

Part of Agency Summit’s magic is the variety of relaxed, creative formats that happen across the day

Here’s the type of sessions you will find:

  • Speakers. We’ll hear from agency leaders and experts who’ve “been there and done that”, on various topics from growth, culture and buying and selling.
  • Panel discussions. Get involved and hear what’s working and what isn’t on various topics from new business to talent (finding it and keeping it!) and everything in between.
  • Fireside chats. We split out across The Ned’s various historic nooks and crannies to run intimate breakout sessions. We’ll be holding breakout sessions in the halls, rooms and roof terraces of this storied venue. These ‘drop in’ sessions happen around the venue, and are hosted by experts on various topics. Drop in to take part or just lurk.
  • Hotseats. Sometimes you learn more from solving other people’s problems than you do your own. So, in this part of the day we put a number of delegates in an informal hotseat. They describe an agency challenge, situation or decision they’re facing and we open it up for a floor discussion – unpicking, dissecting and hopefully solving their problem using the collective weight of experience in the room.
